Those choosing the plane to get to La Maddalena can land at the airport of Olbia situated about 38 km from Palau. Airport of Olbia - Costa Smeralda: there are 2 bus routes that connect the airport to Palau ferries (1h time around), taxi 80-90 € depending on the number of suitcases.

From Olbia airport take the bus to Olbia - Santa Teresa di Gallura, get off at Palau from where a ferry in 15 minutes. It transports you to La Maddalena.

Near the ferry landing area there is the Garibaldi Colonna stop from where bus service LINEA URBANA #1 take direction Eagle's Nest in 5 min. Takes off at Cala Maiore, after getting off to follow because Don Vico and after 300 mt. at the first corner on the left you will find our Residence. Alternatively disembarked from the ferry take a taxi which costs from € 12 to € 15 depending on the number of suitcases.

Those who choose to arrive by car (by sea) has the option to choose the nearest port from Vado Ligure (Savona) to Civitavecchia.
